The Texas Skyward User Group (TSUG) will be hosting their annual conference Monday through Wednesday, October 11-14, 2026. The conference will be held at the Kalahari Resort in Round Rock, Texas. There will be two and a half days of workshops and classes focused on the areas of interest beneficial to school and business employees using Skyward software. This past year’s conference once again saw nearly 1,200 attendees, edging close to our record and we’re expecting close to the same for the 2026 conference. Planning ahead is your key to reserving your spot and saving on registration fees!

Exhibit spaces in the active hallway will be available at the conference. Exhibitors will be furnished a table (sized 3-foot by 6-foot) and chairs. There will be various periods of time dedicated to exhibits, plus the exhibits will be in the hallways in the middle of all the activities.

The conference will feature a Tuesday night welcome reception with a number of prize drawings, coffee breaks during training days, and additional activities. All of these activities are provided at no cost to exhibitors. With all of these activities, there is more contact time available to the vendors than at most other state conferences. Exhibitors are a part of everything that goes on at the conference.

Registration for the 2026 Conference is expected to open on August 3, 2026.

In an attempt to make the conference reception more fun for attendees, in 2022, we added a Back to the 80’s themed party for the TSUG Social. The feedback received was through the roof, so we doubled down with our TSUG Hawaiian Luau themed social in 2023. Attendees made the best of the occasion, setting a record for the number of people attending and with a very high number of participants dressing up to enjoy the fun! Ripped jeans and headbands set the tone for our Let’s Rock theme in 2024 and now we’re opening the fun to nearly any occasion.

For 2025, it’s Halloween Social! Pick your favorite costume or choose to theme it up as a group and join us for ghouls, vampires, werewolves, and much more as we once again look forward to your participation during the TSUG Social. Click the image above to see the flyer!

Upon completion of your registration, you will receive information for the special rate when reserving your hotel room. This information will be updated as the conference draws closer.

Reservations made after our early registration date typically will only receive 15% off the retail price, so when it opens, do not wait to register!
