2023 TSUG CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Registration for the 2023 TSUG Conference is now OPEN!!!

Click on the Register button below to visit our registration site. The site provides information on this year’s registration and course offerings. Keep in mind that classes are always subject to change.

Upon completion of your registration, you will receive information for the special rate when reserving your hotel room. The cutoff date is September 23, 2023, for the $189.00 per night rate.

Reservations made after this date will only receive 15% off the retail price, so do not wait to register! Also, please note that the special pricing rate of $189 per night is available three days before the conference and three days after the conference.

HOTEL DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposit policy for individual reservations: One night (plus tax) at the time the reservation is made. Cancellation policy for individual reservations: 72 hours, or more, prior to arrival to receive full refund less $25.00 processing fee. Less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival forfeits entire deposit.

LOA and TAX EXEMPT: Per the policy at Kalahari Resorts, they do not accept completed Letters of Authorization forms, Tax Exemption forms, or Purchase Orders at the hotel check-in. They have a dedicated team that approves these forms to ensure validity prior to attachment to the reservations prior to check-in. These forms should be submitted no later than 7 days in advance to them at dellscallcenterfax@kalahariresorts.com or fax them to (608) 254-6116.

It is highly suggested that the attendees submit these forms at minimum two weeks in advance prior to the hotel check in so the Kalahari team can process them in a timely manner. Failure to follow this procedure may result in full room and tax charges to the attendees on their personal cards, since the Front Desk will not accept these forms at check-in. Group Instructions on Checks: Guests are required to mail the district/school/company check at minimum two (2) weeks prior to arrival (personal checks are not accepted). They are to be sent to Kalahari Round Rock (3001 Kalahari Blvd Round Rock, TX 78665), attn: Maribeth GalarpeFinance along with reservation confirmation numbers, first/last name, and payment instructions. They welcome prepayment with Purchase Orders as well.
