Please join us on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 for the TSUG Social as we celebrate outdoors using the Kalahari Event Barn adjacent from the outdoor waterpark area. The Social runs from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM with activities starting at 6:00 PM sharp.

If you’ve done the math, that’s right, we’ve doubled the time! There will be more time for networking, having fun, and enjoying your conference experience.

We have again added the option for you to bring a guests (18+) to the Social for an extra ticket priced at $30 each (drinks are not included). The option is available during the registration process.

There will be PLENTY of food, seats, fun and prizes! We look forward to seeing you and joining us. Don’t forget to swag-it-up to match the theme!

In an attempt to make the conference reception more fun for attendees, in 2022, we added a Back to the 80’s themed party for the TSUG Social. The feedback received was through the roof, so we doubled down with our TSUG Hawaiian Luau themed social in 2023. Attendees made the best of the occasion, setting a record for the number of people attending and with a very high number of participants dressing up to enjoy the fun! Ripped jeans and headbands set the tone for our Let’s Rock theme in 2024 and now we’re opening the fun to nearly any occasion.

For 2025, it’s Halloween Social! Pick your favorite costume or choose to theme it up as a group and join us for ghouls, vampires, werewolves, and much more as we once again look forward to your participation during the TSUG Social. Click the image above to see the flyer!
