TSUG has several sponsorship opportunities as well as exhibit spaces available as listed. The sponsorship money is used to pay for conference expenses. If you plan to participate, please do so with the complete understanding that this is a unique conference, and the group hopes it will be successful for you. TSUG exhibitors have an opportunity to be a part of the total program.
Participating vendors should have their exhibit spaces setup by Monday, October 14, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Setup may begin on Sunday, October 13, 2024, between 3:00-5:00 p.m. Booths should have live representation Monday thru Wednesday beginning at 7:30 a.m., prior to the start of the conference each day. The conference will conclude at noon on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, and exhibitors may break down their booths at beginning 10:00 a.m. that day.
NOTE: Securing any items brought for display or storage at booths is the responsibility of each exhibitor, and not the responsibility of TSUG or the hotel.
If you desire to participate as an exhibitor, registration will open Monday, August 5, 2024, and close Monday, September 30, 2024, for vendors/exhibitors only. You will register by selecting the vendor registration link within the conference registration area. If you choose to participate at the top-tier, you are provided an opportunity to have a session.
We encourage you to let us know as soon as possible the session title and a description as soon as possible so that participants have an opportunity to register for the class.
