Tommy Mertz was voted as the new TSUG Committee President following the 2025 Annual Conference, leaving behind his position as Technology Sub-Committee VP which he has been a member of since 2015.
Tommy currently works as the Director of Student Information Systems for Pasadena ISD in the east Houston area. Tommy’s experience with Skyward Student began in 2005 when the product was PAC and then transitioned to Web and SMS 2.0, and now Qmlativ. His expertise includes Custom Forms, Crystal Reports, Skyward server maintenance, and many other modules of Skyward SMS 2.0 and Qmlativ.
