Ana Webb joins the Human Resources Sub-Committee where she brings over 20 years of experience in the fields of Finance and customer service, with a shift towards School Business that began in 2015. For the past 9 years, she has been a dedicated professional at Boerne ISD.
Ana’s journey began as a Payroll Specialist, where she honed her expertise in managing payroll operations and ensuring accurate and timely payments. She was later promoted to the position of Payroll Manager in July of 2021. She later advanced to the role of Assistant Director of Business Services in July of 2023 and has played a crucial role in overseeing and managing various aspects of the district’s business operations. This includes financial management, budgeting, procurement, and other administrative functions.
Ana has been actively involved in technology implementations and system transitions. In 2018, Ana contributed to the successful conversion from ITCCS to Skyward Q, and has since gained solid experience in working with the Skyward Q system.
