Q: How can I pay with a credit card after we have already registered?

A: Follow these easy steps to pay with your credit card after you have already registered:

  1. Go to our Registration website (Psst – you can click here. It will open another window).
  2. Click on the “Already Registered” link (upper right, just under the ‘Register Now‘ button).
  3. Enter the email address and confirmation number when prompted. If you do not have the confirmation number, there is also a prompt to have it sent to the mobile number entered at time of registration (not all registrants enter this info, so it’s not always an option).
  4. The system will load the registration confirmation page.
  5. Click “Change Payment Method,” and then setup for the Credit Card Payment.

Q: Can we still pay for an additional guest for TSUG Social after we have already registered?

A: Yes! Follow these easy steps to pay the $30 fee for your TSUG Social guest after you have already registered:

  1. Go to our Registration website (Psst – you can click here. It will open another window).
  2. Click on the “Already Registered” link (upper right, just under the ‘Register Now‘ button).
  3. Enter the email address and confirmation number when prompted. If you do not have the confirmation number, there is also a prompt to have it sent to the mobile number entered at time of registration (not all registrants enter this info, so it’s not always an option).

  5. Click “Modify Registration,” to proceed.

Q: I am registered and have paid but I am unable to sign up for my classes. How do I add my classes?

A: Follow these easy steps to modify your registration to add your classes:

  1. Go to our Registration website (Psst – you can click here. It will open another window).

Q: What’s the best method for booking rooms with Kalahari Resort?

A: Follow these suggestions and advice to make life easier with regards to booking rooms at Kalahari:

  1. Don’t try to book more than one room at a time. You’ll run into problems. Less is more.
  2. If you are trying to book outside of the ‘norm’ of Sunday through Tuesday nights and have issues, try again with just the conference nights, and you should get the correct rate.
  3. The “Guaranteed Rate” is for the standard room. Requests for upgraded suites will have upgraded prices.
