Stella Mendoza Stella Mendoza has been a member of the Human Resources Sub-Committee since 2008, and also serves as the current Vice President of the Human Resources Sub-Committee, making her part of the TSUG Executive Committee.
Stella currently works at Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD as the Director of Payroll and Benefits and has been with the district since 2008. She has been a Skyward SMS user also since 2008. Stella has 26 years of experience working in school business, spending 6 years in Finance, and 20 years in Payroll and Benefits.
