ABOUT TSUG
Mission & Purpose
The mission and purpose of TSUG is to provide a forum for all Skyward Software customers in Texas to become better-educated users, and to help make suggestions for enhancing the software become a reality.
TSUG fulfills this purpose by:
- Providing an annual User Group Conference for school employees in Texas who use Skyward Software.
- Providing learning opportunities through courses offered at the User Group Conference, led by Skyward software users including school employees, and Skyward employees.
- Reviewing and recommending user-submitted software ideas to Skyward, Inc.
- Sharing knowledge by communicating within the group and with Texas school districts often, and when important issues arise.
BY THE NUMBERS
ANNUAL CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE
With a slight dip in attendance due to the global pandemic between 2020 and 2021, the TSUG Annual Conference expected a rise in the number of attendees and guests looking to attend the 2022 Conference as people continue to get back out in the world. We couldn’t have been more happy to see an incredible increase in over 500 attendees, sending us over 1,200 of you who re-joined us to get the TSUG Conference back in full swing!
We’re ecstatic about the opportunity to offer classes and information at the Kalahari Resort and Convention Center in Round Rock, Texas for another year, and we’re thankful for the extra efforts that the Resort and Conference Center puts in to keep the venue clean and safe for people to attend.
Thanks to YOU, we shattered our attendance record by nearly 200 more attendees at the 2023 conference. We look forward to sharing our time and knowledge with you in 2024, while again enjoying the fun and opportunities that both Kalahari Resort and Convention Center and Round Rock, Texas have to offer!
