Setting Up Automated Emails for Various Area of Skyward.
(Prerequisite – System Administrator)
This session will cover how to set up Automated Emails for various areas and modules in Skyward. Automated Emails allow for automated triggering of email message to be sent when changes occur to student information. There are numerous triggers and module options to be considered, including Attendance Letters; Current Year Schedule Changes; Demographic Changes; Discipline Referrals, Offenses, and Actions; Enrollment Changes; Family Access Notifications; Future Schedule Changes; Office Visits; Response to Intervention Notifications; and Special Education.
